Link a Google account so you can sign in with either Google or your passkey. Magick stores Google’s stable account identifier and verified email. It never matches or merges accounts by email. Read the Google sign-in notice.

Delete your cloud account
This deletes your account, private journal and your shared posts, comments and chat from the active cloud database. Deleting your discussion also removes replies to it. The owner account cannot be deleted while other members remain. Arrange an explicit ownership handoff before closing it. Provider recovery backups may remain for up to 30 days. It does not remove this device’s journal, downloaded exports or other local copies.

What you are choosing.
Cloud storage is optional and manual. If you choose to save, Magick stores your journal and any optional birth name, date, time or place already in it, along with the account nickname you provide. We use those details for your account’s save and restore functions. Your nickname, discussion posts, comments and chat messages are shared with active signed-in members. Birth inputs and private records are not included in community profiles. The owner can moderate shared content and suspend membership.
We do not sell this information or use it for advertising targeting or content generation. Cloudflare hosts the service. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; this is not end-to-end encryption. The Magick owner and authorized administrators may access cloud records for support.
Deleting your account removes it from the active database. Cloudflare recovery backups may retain data for up to 30 days. Exports and local device copies are unaffected; you control their deletion.
Magick does not send recovery email. A linked Google account can sign in through Google; otherwise keep your recovery code or a synced passkey available. Sign-out ends this account session and leaves the device journal in place.
Cloud copies are limited to 1 MB. Keep downloaded backups of your full journal. For support: hello@magus.io.

What Google shares with Magick.
If you choose Google sign-in, Magick redirects you to Google and stores the stable Google account identifier and verified email Google returns. We use them only to create, sign in to, or link your Magick account. The identifier, rather than the email, is the account key; Magick does not automatically match or merge accounts by email. Google handles the sign-in under its own privacy policy and terms.
